News just in, Jackson died from a Cardiac Arrest,
WOW, I just heard that about 5 minutes ago. Last night was Farrah Fawcett. I still don't think he molested those children, I think he never had a childhood and was just trying to relive it. Of course I'm usually wrong so don't listen to me.
Monster, I agree with you. He was a very odd person though. I am sorry for his family over his passing. His legacy will live on and on.
Sad to hear he is gone. But, was he or wasn't he the King of Perversion? They try to say he is a Role Model. Well, I hope my grand kids don't think of the wrong Role then.... If his nose fell off though, I want it, I hear it's a false nose....Big Grin
It's a party nose, anybody see the video -Just Lose it- from Eminem and kicking the nose around in one of his videos it's just too funny. But I'm sorry to hear of his death and would not laugh about it. When I was a young teen I and many loved his music but it just changed and I didnt care for him or his music after that. But some say he was trying to become white, which it seemed but it was a disease. I have a cousin that has the same disease and realy turns your skin white blotches all over him. It started just on his belly but through the years it's traveled to his face now.

As far as the molestation with Children, no one will ever know. With all his money the truth can be hidden quite well.
But my opinion is he turned strange and I think he would have done it. Any one who would hold thier child of of a balcony upside down would probably do anything to someone elses............My oppinion only............But I really am saddened from the loss of Farrah Fawcett...............
When he was alive, many people felt sorry for him; I was one of them. But who knows, he probably felt sorry for "us"....and may have had good reason to. But who knows? EOM
I think it is a tragic tale, really. I was in college when "Thriller" was released. Great, great album. An extraordinarily talented person who, IMHO, never had a shot at normalcy. I think he was used and abused as a child star, and eventually became so odd and perverse that his entire life, career (and face) collapsed on him.

It seems that the 70's died this week. Ed McMahon, Farah Fawcett and Michael Jackson were all highly recognizable figures from my youth.

I take a walk every morning before I come to the office. I usually listen to a variety of songs on my iPhone when I do that. Today it was the Thriller album.

And now to end with something completely inappropriate. One of my favorite lines from a comedian a few years back, who was talking about Michael Jackson: "Only in America can a poor black boy grow up to be a rich white woman".
What I don't like is the fact that the media has died regarding the death of Ed McMahon and Farrah Fawcett since the death of Michael Jackson. I also agree that he was abused as a child for the sake of their father wanting them to become what they did become. It was done at the hands of abuse and I don't like that. I loved his music and as a former dance teacher I used many of his pieces to teach routines to my students. He was great at one time but he ruined his career when be started with his strangeness. I do believe drugs was involved in his death and I may be wrong but it is so common in celebraties. Poor Farrah, she fought a long hard courageous battle with a dreadfull disease that can attack any of us at any given time. The media was following her case very closely and then when the death of Michael Jackson hit the news it became only about his death and this is all we are hearing and seeing now. I am not only interested in the death of Michael I am equally interested in the news on Farrah as well. The difference between Farrah and Michael is I feel Farrah really suffered as she left this world. It was a sad day yesterday with the lose of two icons. I feel for their families and I really feel for Mr. Jackson as I wonder if he will remember the abuse he dished out to his children. Take care everyone.
Eccentric and odd he was! This is what living in a fish bowl does to people!

But NO ONE WILL EVER TOP HIS THRILLER ALBUM OR VIDEO!

Lilly
I agree with MJC, I being from the old school remember Farrah and Ed more than Jackson. I remember him as a youngster and into his teens, Then in my opinion that is when he started to change, and I lost all interest.
I would like to hear more news about Farrah and Ed I feel they are now taking a back seat to Jackson, and that is not right....
