I visited with the attorney this morning.

He said June 19th the judge made the decision on my case and he would have the order in today's mail.

The mail had not arrived at the attorney's office at the time of this morning's appointment.

My attorney did say they he will call me and let me know what the order says.

I shared with my attorney that I now wear an ankle brace as my ankle is unstable from the neuropathy issues related to the back.

My doctor has labeled me a "fall risk"

Wed is the appointment with the knee surgeon and I do expect to be placed at MMI with the knee.

A lot going on this week.

Just wanted to share.

With the ankle brace & cane I feel I am pretty safe.

When I see the doctor Wed I imagine work comp will apply pressure to try and put me back to work.

Last time this happened the supervisor mentioned placing me in the toddler classroom.

Now can't you picture me in a classroom with twelve children, ages 18 months-2 yrs.

Bummer- get all restrictions in writing. Make a list before going to the doctor of any problems you still have. Make sure that the doctor address each problem and then take this to employer. Good luck with judge.
