Hi everyone..im new here ...Im in Arizona....i have 3 herniated disc's L3-L4 / L4-L5 / L5-S1...from a work injury in march 09 im a auto tech...i just recieved i letter from the ICA that i have a hearing in August...can anyone recommend a Attorney in the Tucson area?...never had a claim before......Dr said..you wont be going back to work again,its kinda scary!.

P.S. I'd think about getting a second medical opinion. Some doctors are elitist and not much in touch with our work a day world. Without knowing anything of your injury or treatment i think a physician should carefully consider their words when condeming a worker to permanent total disability.
hopefully they just meant it as change of occupation and got carried away.
