What to put in mediation, what not to put in it mostly. Did you read my entire letter?
Do you have an attorney or are you going it alone? I would think mediation is about what you want and the IC doesn't want to give. State clearly what you want with evidence to back your claim up.Mediation is the same as negotionating a deal. since I don't know anything about your claim I don't know how else to help. Sorry you have gotten only once response, possibly no one else has the knowledge as I don't feel I do to answer you clearly. Best of luck.

I doubt very much you will get any help on here. I found out if you post stuff on here or on an attorney web site you get black balled. My advice look or go talk to an attorney and you will need all the luck in the world.
I got screwed over big time on my workers comp and the comminios thinks my permanent back injury is only worth 8000. Talk about being screwed over. I wonder how much their back is worth?

Posting on here does not get you blackballed anywhere. A lot of people have gotten very good advice not to mention moral support from this site.

I'm with Kate. I have gotten the help here that I needed even though I had an attorney. I am fully settled and so is my husband and neither of us has been "blackballed". Where did you find this bennett? I would'nt have even answered if I saw this first. Try to be nice.
I also got more info from here than my Atty and I was'nt "Black Balled" anywhere.Sometimes on this site you need to wait for the right person to read your question to get a response, If I can't answer your question I don't reply!!!
Burton, this is a Great Site with a Great ADMIN. Staff and People with a Wealth of Knowledge. I went Back and Re-Read Your Other Post, and You are Basically Asking if You can Quit Your Job and get Unemployment, and how to Fill Out Forms to get Paid for 8 Days Correct? Your Case seems to have Quite a Few Injuries in it over Time, and if Your Dr. Released You back to Work without Restrictions, and You Quit, I doubt Very Highly that You will get Unemployment, If You have Restrictions from a Dr.and Your Employer doesn't have Work to Accommodate You, and You are Out of the w/c System, then You May be able to Receive Unemployment. As far as Your Mediation Form, You are stating that You have Paperwork showing that You were Off 8 Days from both Your Employer and Your Dr., then Write on Your Form,"See Attached Letters from My Treating Dr. and My Employer!" There is no One who has Ever Been Black Balled by Using this Site, and if You have Spent any amount of Time Here you would know that this is not that kind of Site, and Saying that to Others is in Very Poor Taste in My Book!! You have Many things going on in Your Life Right now, not Only Physically but also Emotionally, and at Your Age, with Your Issues, I would think You would be a Perfect Candidate fro SSDI, have You even Tried to Apply for that?? I Hope I have Answered Your Questions, and I think You Owe the ADMIN. of this Site and the Good People that Use it an Apology, Your Post about Black Balling is Totally Out of Line, and Uncalled for!! i think the problem is that Jayne lead them to believe that there would be answers here and then never followed up.
I can understand how one would be disappointed. Workers comp is full of frustrations like that and now it's repeated by injured workers to others in a similiar situation and who should know better.
