i just want to know if a workmans comp atty can charge more than 25% because my calculations its more like 40%

It varies by state I think....my attorney gets 1/3 but I also make sure that I am getting an itemized list of the charges I am being billed for. When I hired my attorney I had to sign a contract and in the contract it mentioned the 1/3 and what other things they might charge me for. Make sure you request a list of their charges...
