My husband was injured at work a little over 2 years ago. He has done everything that the insurance company asked of him. goen to their doctors, work hardening, received nerve injections (from a doctor who never did this before). They never said what is wrong with him, but they never sent him for a MRI. Regular xrays do not show nerve damage. The judge told us to find our own doctor to do a MRI. I tried. I called about 20 neurologists, several family doctors and even a chiropractor. They all had the same response. Workmans Comp NOWAY. Now we have a hearing coming up on June 30th to stop payments. Edgar Snyder is a joke! Or at least the lawyer we got is. He has done nothing. Does anyone out there have any suggestions. We would appreciate any advice.
