June 16 th has been set for trial. This is my very first one as I had tried since 2004 to settle my case(s) out of the hearing process. Will be meeting Attorney this Thursday for preparation and all. I am ready for this also. Been prepared for years now.

As I am sure you know. Keep emotions out of it and be very business like in your demeanor. I am sure you will do well. The only question I have is wether or not this is just a BS meeting so the other side can find out what you want and you finding out what they are offering.
I hope it all goes well and at this meeting everything gets settled.

Congratulataions on finally getting a court date. I know you have been waiting a long time for this and I am praying that the outcome will be a great one for you. You deserve something good to happen in your life. Some of us wait a very long time for this to happen but patience is the virtrue.
