I work in San Jose California in mi pueblo foods i never got a permanent position I do a little bit of everything most clean up and i'm a woman lately they have been making me wash dishes ALOT and i talked to my friends from work and i get no help i also reported to all three supervisors that i wanted a different position and one of them mention they were going to file paper work and get me laid off or fired i need help what can i do at this point?
