how is everyone doing?me busy and full of pain.my ssdi lawyer called and is sending some paper work to try to get my ssdi now before it has to go to court.with all my new dr records he thinks i may get it with out going to court whitch is over a year behind.so all have a good day.hurt.

I hope that you are able to get SSDI without going to court. My ssdi paperwork is going to my lawyer first thing Tuesday morning.
The LTD company that I get my checks through is providing this as a service to me. The LTD will take back funds to recover what they have provided me if approved, and the attorneys will get their cut from that. So I will basically loose nothing if and when approved.

angel my ltd is doing the same thing and I have to stay on them to see whats going on.they finally looked at my rehab report and last dr notes and are going to send them to the judge and see if he will give it to me,they said we might know something in 3-4 weeks.I am hoping he gives it to me.thanks all.
