JMO, but when I am made MMI, I want to C&R and GTHO of WC because WC hires C/A's and others, whose intent it is to help the I/C, and to destroy the I/W.

ahhhhhhhhh Chris I am sorry for what you and the rest of us had to go thru...but we live in a world where only those who can afford to buy a congressman get rights....Our lawyers even if we get the best cant get laws changed if they could they wouldnt have a job.......My complaint was always I was at work doing what I was supposed to do......and I get screwed but get some goof ball spill hot coffee in her lap and get millions.......Many folks have insurance and dont go to the Dr cuz they cant afford the co pays but get a welfare Momma and she gets it all for nothing just doesnt seem right......makes you really wonder....seems now days you are punished for doing the right thing and paid to do the wrong thing

I agree with all of you too. I am so sick and tired of being so sick and tired. I am in constant pain and it was caused by me doing exactly what I should have been doing....my job. There is NO justice in this world.
may I suggest you try and go back to being 15,start hardcore drugs and get knocked up....then you get all the help you want

We sponsored two refugee families years ago. Had to set them up with housing and a job before they could enter the U.S. After 25 years, one family is still employed and happy to be free in the U.S. The other family found out quickly they could make more on welfare than by working so they made the easy choice. After 25 years, still on welfare and it's now a generation thing.
The system is deffinatly broke and I have to live with it every day. I have a brother in law that is married and both receive SSI. I can understand his wife, she has a mental issue and that is why she receives it. The brother in law is another issue. He is just lazy and that pisses me off. He receives free medical and dental. I need to have some dental work done and can not afford it as of now. Maybe I should become lazy, stop going to school, stop trying to be productive and let everyones tax money take care of me.
Well, thats just not me. Forunatly I words with my brother in law when he tryed to compare me receiving SSDI to his SSI. I think I must have said the wrong thing to him. I haven't heard from him in awhile. LOL.

No chris I wasnt trying to cheer you up...I wish I could...but the fact remains those of us that worked and worked hard cant get the help we have worked for....and those that screwed up are reaping all the benifits my back paid for.......I have no problem giving anyone a hand up.....but like you feel no need to give constant handouts to the same people generation after generation.....Drug tests should be part of getting any welfare as if they can afford drugs they can afford to get groceries without my dime....redistribute wealth my arse if you work for it its yours if you dont do without....but it is back asswards in this country.....

I know how you feel, that's one main reason that I finally agreed to the C&R agreement, and tried to get on with my life. In my case, I feel that the W/C got off easy because of my car accident, which happened after leaving the PM Dr. appointment. The accident caused more damage to my W/C injuries and added many more, so when C&R time came, they used the accident as an advantage to them.
I wish you all the best and hope you get justice in this merciless system. My daughter always tells me that things happen to us for a reason, but sometimes the reasons can't be known for a long time. I wish that they, the government, would stop helping everyone else and start helping thier own.
Sorry to start rambling, but this just pisses me off when I think about the fact that I was raised with the belief that you had to work to get what you need and want, but look what happens when we get hurt doing just that. When others can get everything for free and never have to work or even learn English. Ok, I'm gonna shut up about this because it does'nt do any good to b@*ch about it when we can't change it. I do hope it gets change by the time my grandbabies are grown.

Oh it's going to change alright Vick...but I am afraid not for the better. If Obama has his way, the government will be running every aspect of our lives, from when we have sex, to how many alcoholic drinks we are allowed in a month...to even our insurance and medical. The way he has us heading, I wouldn't doubt by the time are grandchildren are old enough to vote, there won't be any voting. Not as we know it now.
Heck, he's now wanting to apply a tax to every vehicle on the road and the amount of miles it is driven in any given year, just because of the greenhouse effect. There are going to be a lot more car makers going under because of this, and soon, all we will be able to buy in the states is foreign made cars. But you don't see any other country taking drastic measures like that. I wouldn't doubt that with a quarter century, we are being run by a foreign government due to all the debt that we are incurring with them. Say for example, if China decided they wanted back all the money they have loaned to us.. there is no way we could back that up..and they would take control of our country. It totally sickens me.
Trust me, there is going to be a day and time when WC is obsolete, and we will still loose the right to sue our employer...and then where will we be if we have no insurance ?? Screwed, bleued and tattooed as we are now with the system that is in place. The IC's don't give one rat's patoottie about the worker that is hurt, it's the almighty dollar they get from the employers that line their pockets, so that is where they will continue to go to get their living from. And in the meantime, those of us with legitimate injuries, can't get help from anywhere... but still pay for all the illegals and other's that can get on welfare and stay there... and yet, we never qualify for help..and if we do it isn't much, from those that are in place to help... as we are still (or most of us) earning a living. If you can call what I am getting a living ?? It's more a joke than anything. All I could afford on my LTD would be section 8 (which I probably wouldn't qualify for either, because I have an income) and utility assistance and it would leave me very little for other necessities and bills. It's a totally freaking screwed up system for many of us.
