I just received an E mail that Hydroxycut, the diet pill, has serious health issues. If you take it you may want to Google Hydroxycut and check it out.

Backache...I don't believe that any diet pill is safe so I don't take them. thanks for the information because I can understand desparation to loose weight and an inclination to want to take a pill that is advertised to help. Red

I agree with Red on this on......there is no pill that will make you lose weight unless you diet and exercise and you can do that on your own.. That is part of the problem with people wanting to lose weight, they think if I take this pill I will lose it but they forget or don't know they have to diet and exercise.

God, this sedentary life style I am leading right now is putting weight on me so bad. Lord, I need to lose some weight really bad. But, I hardly eat anything and not much at a time. I just can't understand anything other than it has to be the sedentary life style. Red, is there anything you can suggest for me as I just don't know what to do anymore. I have told the doctor that I am putting on all this weight and it has to be from lack of activity. Of course he agreed but that is no help. I would appreciate anything suggestions that you might have. Love y'all.

I to would love to loose the wieght I have put on since injured.
Now that I am back to work I'm staying at a weight level but not loosing any. And it does take some excersise I know, and I have cut down on fatty foods. I just dont have the drive I used to and the pain can be very bothersome to excersise. I wonder If I can get my doctor to go along with getting 1 of those bands for stomach and if WC would pay for it...........................Dreaming again.....

Hi everyone I just wanted to explain, I never take diet pills, sorry if I gave that impression. I just receive all kinds of E mail because of my web site and thought that someone else may be taking it. I have put on lbs. since I quit smoking, but I'm sure I will lose it after awhile by watching what I eat.

I did not get the impression that you were taking diet pills. We all might have received that same email because I got one also. Shaing info is very important to all of us on this forum. Thanks and God Bless......love ya!
