Well tomorrow is my mediation and I talked with my lawyer and he said the ins company has been calling to see what it takes to get rid of me,well he will not return there call because they never returned his or responded to his offer several months ago.I know he is pumped and looking at a lot of money,so I will try to post to you it might be late if this settles.thanks all hurt.

im hoping this goes away but the money my lawyer is talking about im not sure they will bite he said if we don't see six figures at the end he wont settle.I trust him and the guy doing the mediation is a friend of his and is a litigation lawyer and works more for people like us then the ins company.so we will see soon and it will be late before we get home its a long drive and it will take its toll on me.thanks all.
