i just talked to my atty after 7 months of leaving messages and he said the defense atty say i'm working. i was injured @ my job @ a nursing home i take care of mom also but no lifting or anything just give her meds,food,and wash her clothes thats it the state pay me 300 a month for that i been doing that for 5 yrs. should that hurt my case the ck comes in me and mom name ui pay my life insurance with that. I told my atty when i first met him i do things for my mom but nothing to cause injury. i worked full time @ the nursing hm. please help with advice
discuss your care-giver duties with your doctor and have them sign off on the activities. as to whether payment constitutes wages that may require a court decision.

Thanks thats what my atty told me to do I will see tomorrow and get the document over to him tomorrow
