in nys i have my hearing today and it says 30 mins of testimony from me . now the ins comp says they have video survailence . do i testify before i get to see it? i have no idea what it could be i havent done anything wrong

I can't answer your question because they didn't show any video they had of me but I can say just be honest with them. Don't believe them when they say 30 mins. My hearing officer was mad because they said 30 mins and it lasted well over an hour. In illinois the lawyers sign a paper saying how long they think it will take, it's just a quess but they like to be a good guess

maybe but it give everyone the impression you have and doesn't hurt their case.

so they said they had video of you too and they never showed it? what do they do ask questions to try to get you in a lie and if the ins comp thinks your lying then they show it at the hearing? the only thing i can think that they have me doing is carrying my 7 month old son from the car to our house my dr told me not to worry but the ime have me on 10lb restriction

Grandpa always said "Honesty is the best policy." If you say you did not carry your child, and they have video of you doing it, Thats a bad thing!!!! You said the IME has you at 10 lbs, what does your Dr, have you at??

never really gave me a weight restriction just have me at temp total disibility they letter also says that they want an update on my place in the workforce. i called vesid and my local county employment dept to look for something i can do maybe the judge will like that?

Blake they could be bluffing , but who knows when u left the docs office the worker may have seen you. they may be getting you to admit it. but if you did carry your son , i would tell them that you did. really hard to say what they have. they could of followed u home etc... when it comes to w/c from what i gathered is to admit what you did or dont.. the circumstances could be drastic eaither way. hope it all goes well.
