I have serveral worker comp claims for multiple injuries. My AME hasnt finished creating his report. My last job, I recently quit because it was just getting too much for me. My attorney sent be papers on how to file for sdi a while before and I'm thinking about doing it. The worker comp. case in ca has been trying to resolve for 2 years now. In any event, I remmeber stating to the AME or at the deposition Some goods about the current job, making it seem like I can handle it more then I can. I stated to the doc at the time that 30 lbs seemed to be the most I can handle in a non-repetitive way. All which is true. But I forgot to mention how much my injuries are aggreviated and how hard it is to do the job.
I was trying to be as honest as possible and left out some things.
In any event, question 1 would be if forgetting important info would cause me to not get a just settlement?
And question 2 is would working for 6 months and pushing myself because i didnt want to be homeless, hurt my chances of getting on sdi?
