Hello

I have had LCL, ACL, and ACL revision surgury and have reached MMI. I also have loss of feeling in my toes and the top of my foot from a stretched nerve (Peroneal Nerve). W/C is offering a settlement on my leg and said that my foot was included. I just need to know if that is common practice or not?
Are you asking if the foot is normally a seperate injury from the leg? I know in Va, the Judge saw my foot as beeing seperate from my legs. The Judge said both my legs and my right food were injured.
it's common to include all body parts that have been impaired into a single settlement.
It depends on the settlement amount. And is there any further surgery going to need to be done.
