Workers' Compensation Discussion Forums

I've been on worker compensation since November. My lower back is very messed up, my doctor from my wifes insurance says I have a bad si joint. The work comp. doc. say its a facet joint. I just got a letter in the mail saying there as been an application for adjudication. Im not really sure what this is about can and it was not mailed to my lawyer. Can anyone tell me what this is???

each state has there own forms.
are you in california?
if so it's the form that opens a file with the comp court.
