again thanks to all for the info. Now i recieved a letter from my lawyer for my deposition which is going to be held at his office, so my question now is, does anyone know what happens after the deposition? and the questions asked will they be the same questions asked in the discovery packet i recieved earlier?

without know what was in the packet I'd only be guessing.
generally the deposition is typed up by the court reporter then a rough draft is sent to both attys for correction and proofing ( generally shared with their clients) then it's returned to the reporter for a final draft that will be filed with the comp court.
