I really don't know why the pain doc ordered this. This is all because of the flare up I had in December and he said that he feels that this will help the ongoing problems with the movement in my neck. C8-T2 is moving and causing problems. Went to the surgeon 3 weeks ago and he said that he would have sent me to surgery if the "hand test" where you spread your fingers wide and not let him squish them...he said I didn't have "spaghetti fingers" so surgery can be postponed for awhile until the next flare up!
So far in therapy, she has be standing with my shoulder blades & the small of my lower back against the wall, without pushing my neck back but leaving it hanging forward...OUCH!
So that's my update...how is everyone else?
