Hello To My Forum Family,

I wanted to inform all of my dear friends that my Mother passed away yesterday at 2:25p.m. Yes, our precious Lord has taken her home and I know my Dad was waiting for her with open arms. His birthday is Sunday and what a birthday present he received this year to be reunited with his wife. I had to take her from the nursing home on Monday to the hospital. You all know she had been suffering and had been very ill for some time now. We kept her very comfortable and she left us very peacefully. She died with 16 family members surrounded by her bedside and oh what a sign of love that was. The next 2 days are going to be very rough ones. I will be leaving shortly to go give her the going away hair do that she needs to complete her beauty. Her visitation is starting this afternoon and her services will be tomorrow at 2p.m. I am very saddened but I know that I did everything humanly possible for Mother and I will sleep well at night. I will be quite lost for sometime I'm sure when I awaken in the morning because the first thing I did in the morning was call Mother and I will miss many things regarding my Mother. Please keep my family and my Mother in your prayers. My love to all of you and God Bless.

Oh MJC...I am soo sorry for your loss. Yes, you will miss her terribly, but remember, she'll always be just above, and slightly behind your left shoulder, watching over you as always. That's what mother's do, and continue to do.
She will visit you in your thoughts and dreams when you need it the most too.
Prayers for you, mom, and family! Lilly
Sorry for your loss. Your mother is in peace and there's no suffering. Savor your memories, your parents will always be with you.
I couldn't find any Words Better than than Jayne has Written, those are My Sentiments Exactly!! We Brought My Wife's Mom Home Her with Us for Her Hospice Care, and the Day She decided to go, She and I had a Talk that a Lot of the Family doesn't know about, and it will Stay with Me all of My Days!! I Spent Her Last Day Praying for the Angel of Mercy to Come for Her, and they did, and My Heart Broke but My Love for Her allowed Me to Feel the Joy that Her Severe Pain was Gone, and She was with Our Father!! My Father-in-Law Followed Her Shortly after, I Truly believe She Came for Him in His Sleep, He Passed peacefully with a Smile on His Face, so I know She came!! My Best to You and Yours during these Trying Times, but You have the Right Attitude in My Opinion MJC, there is Loss, but there should also be Celebration!!!Wink
MJC.....I also can't say it better than Jayne did. God rest her soul and help you through this loss. My husband's parents passed a week apart from each other. 2 Fridays in a row we had deaths. The only thing that has ever consoled him was knowing they were together.

It will be hard for you as losing a parent always is but all the time you spent caring for her will make you feel the loss more because of theextra time on your hands. Please take that time and know that your mom would want you to rest, relax and take of yourself now.

Love, prayers and hugs
