CA: Help with reasonable accomodation for PTSD.

My workers comp case runs out March 09. My requests for an alternative work schedule have been denied. I need help getting a reasonable accomodation; essential functions. Anyone have experience with the language in this form?

I need a reasonable accomodation to return to work in some capacity. I have medical documentation requesting a reassignment. My requests have been denied based on "the language" essential functions can do with or without a accomdation. Primary difficulty is insomnia, nightmares, and stress. I half to return to the same work location ( fear, anxety) Do you have any experience filling out a reasonable accomodation form?
