First time with an extended injury. I am from wisconsin and have injured my knee. Doc requests 5 days off then a follow up with him. My question is will I be covered for these 5 days.

hi welcome, click on the tab for state info above and you will find lots of info, i looked and it says there is a 3 day waiting period for injurys under 7 days. check it out or call a lawyer they should be able to tell you the rules. good luck

builder is correct. the first 3 days are not paid until disability is longer then 7.

If you are healed and back to work within 7 days, and you have vacation days you can always use them.
