ok it happend in november2007 i had mri it showed herni disk i lifted 50 lbs dog food im in montana i had phys. therp. cordes. pain pills im still hurting
No one can tell you what is a good or bad rating. EVERYONE is different, hence; we heal differently and ijuries affect us differently.
Some herniated disks can be healed with PT and some can not. I am not familure with your state laws, but you may want to see if you can get a second oppinion. I THINK, you will be able to. I can not believe there is a state that will not allow an injured worker to get a second oppinion.
I hope that helps, Take Care
I am with AQA on this one. You should get a second opinion if you still hurt. There is other treatments for you and maybe there is something more than a herniated disc.
PS. Curious how this is a wc injury lifting dog food. Do you work for a vet? What type of work do you do that you had to lift a 50lb bag?
