I have a hearing scheduled for in the morning. This is a preliminary hearing to address medical treatment for my back, carpal tunnel, and additional medical treatment for my right knee.

My attorney called me this evening and said court will go on as scheduled. Previous to the last hearing the insurance company cancelled the hearing at the last minute.

This has taken a different twist because I received a letter today from my attorney informing me the insurance company has scheduled an IME on the carpal tunnel. This is the same doctor that did the IME on my back, and my former treating wc doctor.

Ths doctor has a habit of documenting everything as a strain in his IME reports.

I wish you the best. I would not be concernd about the word "strain". Any attorney would know how to handle that. Remember, I had/have a sprain/strain when it comes to WC and I will until I die. LOL. Good luck.

Bummer - I have also been diagnosed as sprained/strained from my neck down (literally). It has been a bear to get treatment because of this diagnosis. I wish you luck my friend.

Bummer ...best wishes coming your way. I as AQA and Monster have said have strains/sprains all over my body. MRI's tell something different. I still won all body parts in spite of the sprains.
