I did not receive my TTD check for last week.
My attorney signs and mails the check on Monday and I receive it on Tuesday, been this way since I started receiving the check. When there is a holiday my check runs 1 day late.
Today is Thursday and still no check so I called my attorney's office. The secretary checked with there accountant and I was told they never received the check for last week.
The TTD is per a judge's order on the knee replacement and my attorney once told me the insurance company would have to go to court to stop the TTD.
I recently received the IME report from the insurance company on the eval of my back. According to the insurance company the back problems are a result of the knee injury but past treatment has not been beneficial so no future treatment is recommended. This is bull!
The attorney for the insurance company asked my attorney what I wanted to do.
Course I told my attorney I wanted to got o court and request treatment for my back.
I wonder if this is the reason for not receiving TTD payment, Do I have a mad insurance adjuster?
And I have court next week to add the back & carpal tunnel to my claim.
To add to this my family doctor (osteopath) of 18 yrs placed me on sedentary restrictions and recommends a nerve conduction test. I am told my right leg is quite a bit weaker then my left leg. The knee replacement was on the left knee.
