man this crap is get old dealing with long term disability people,wc lawyer and ssdi lawyer.well work comp rehab guy puts me totally disabled,long term says you go to rehab and get a job or else and ssdi lawyer says what the.......so what do they think i have to do fall over dead then say ok he wasnt joking.i try to stay strong but after all three call in the same day its hard too.its like the pot calling the kettle black,yes he can work and no hes disabled.i know and have seen it on here where alot of you have been through this,rite now im just pi$$ed.but to keep the money coming in i have to do what they want......if i wouldnt have got three calls in one day i would of been good,but after three + hours on the phone in fried and had enough.sorry all i try to stay strong for you all and me but today push me to my limits and im going to lose it.it takes alot to get me to this point and im almost there.i need to go and blow off some were,i dont take things out on my family so i go blow up some where else.thanks all hurt.
hurt it is difficult. I understand your issues also. It must be hard to hear different points of view and then you know how you feel also. Sometimes, I believe these people we talk to on the phone forget that you have an injury and are in pain as a result, then they pile on all of this on top, and it becomes a bit overwhelming. You have a right to feel as you feel.... we are here to give you a cooling off place... just talk it out...love Red
thanks red its to much info from lawyers at once and ltd people.im usually good but not all in the same day,makes hurt not want to play.lol,lol.but they lose im not giving in to them or there crap they met a real pain in the butt and if i can help it they will feel the pain.love hurt,lol,lol.
can you not give it all to the lawyer? isnt that what you pay them for?hell tell em to look at the tests you cant work....period...deal with it...I hated the phone calls they would talk to me like I was a faking idiot.....SSDI always treated me with respect it was the IC I had problems with and I gave that to the lawyer......
indiana is a screwed up state and to keep the money coming i have to follow what the ltd want me to do or lose my money.it is nuts but its there rules and i have to follow them.the ssdi lawyer said it makes no difference as to what the ltd ins does cause there from out of state.gotta do what you gotta do.good luck fineding seditary work now days with this economy and my restrictions and meds.h@ll i cant get ins so whos gonna give me a job.
Hurt, I don't Understand Indiana Laws, but I would Stick with what the w/c Lawyer is Telling You. Maybe He/She can send a copy of Your Report deeming You Totally Disabled to the Other Lawyers so they can Use the Info. to Help. Just a Thought, and Have a Great Day Buddy!
I know we are all suppose to hang in there and we have too.I dont understand what the heckl is going on either??My PPD benifits just got cut off out of the blue?Maybe its the start of the new year and they are checking us off of their list so they can go on some more vacations or some stupid reason.I would like to know if anyone gets cut off in the next week or so.Take care I am getting very worried now too AGAIN!Born
Born, unless they told You that You are cut-off, the Checks are Coming Late because of the Post Office Being Closed for 2 Days for the New Year! I haven't Received My Check Either, and it was due Monday!

I didn't realize the post office was closed 2 days over the holidays.
Just for Everyone's Info. I received My Check Today, Thursday Instead of Monday. The Post Office seems to be 4 Days Behind!
