I am from Kansas and in 2005 injured my knees.

My back has since been added to my claim and approved by the insurance company.

In Kansas the knees are a scheduled injury, with my back added to my claim would this now be a whole body injury?

I have research the department of labor web site and have not found any information that will answer my question.

Thank you
Bummer Knees
Bumping up for an answer.

i wish they could fix this but they cant can they fix urs?
Any treatment I have received for my injury has been by my private insurance. Once my back was added and approved to my claim wc says treatment will not benefit me.
what a suprize never thought they would do that lol, lol.sorry bummer just being me today,a butt that is,not to you though just the wc thing.
Generally when there are injuries to multiple areas a whole body rating is used to combine and produce a single rating.
Thank you 1171 for your answer.

I have court later this month, trying to add the carpal tunnel to the claim.
I do have medical test and a letter from the doctor supporting my claim.
