What do I do if I'm out of state and need medical care. I am on workers compisation in California but am going to Vegas to get Married this week. I've had to go to the emergency room a view times and need to know if I can go in Nevada if I have to. Any help would be great!!!

if you are going for an extended stay you need to find out the out-of-state rules for your employer's medical provider network. Contact the carrier or employer.
Well I think if it was an emergency you would almost have to go. Unless er's turn you away in Vegas, Just hope you dont need to.
