my new years resolution is to continue my weight loss...to my desired weight. I want to wear a size 6 again...so it is happening, just more slowly now. The next one is to get my business really moving, and then my third is to hire a body trainer..hoping to help with my balance and my strength. Lets see if I really do the third..lol Red

Hurt, If I quit ( cold Turkey ) you can do it!!!!!!!!! It wasen't as hard as I thought it would be and I have been a smoker sinse I was 14, and am now 68. It dosen't even bother me to be around smokers!!!! I swore if I quite I would not act like a reformed smoker, So smoking is permitted in my home and car, and I don't b_ _ _ h about smoking........... Good Luck.......
