ok my lawyer called and they want to know how much my cobra ins cost was for the last 18 months and the info on getting a spinalcord stimulator.now remeber that i had a depo last week and the week before a rehab guy that put me totally disabled,in the depo i was asked if i would do the spinal stimulator if i could,well ya dumb asses well are they close to working out things in my case for year end taxes or do you think im getting close to a settlement number they want to give???the lady from my lawyer said it was a good thing and would not tell me more.this stink now not knowing whats going on,it sounds good and my lawyer is meaner than crap so i thing im good,hes not giving in to sh^t money,so whats ur thoughts?????thanks all it sounds good but im lost riet now.
it depends on what they think you are gonna cost them.....if they can deny and save money they will, if they think throwing you a few thousand will shut you up and make you go away and save them money they will.....so you have had even their Doc say you are a liabilty so they are gonna do their best to film you doing something you shouldnt and say look he fooled em all...if they cant do that they will try to catch you needing money bad to save your car,home or to feed your family and will throw out an offer hoping your need will be so pressing you take peanuts and go away....listen to your lawyer he knows what you are intitled to and will help you thru....
thats ok they wont catch me doing anything wrong i can hardly walk let alone do anything else.best of luck to them and my lawyer wont settle for junk money and i can wait .there barking up the wrong tree it been long enough now i can still wait.they know im getting worse,do they care??? no!!!i will wait it there turn in hell along with me and my pain,if they want to see pain then they will meet hurt cause hurts a pain in the a%%.just ask jayne she will tell you.lol.lol.tell bill i said hi jayne.
