Well everyone it is finaly here, Dr's ok's and every thing has been recieved by my lawyer. I start Tues morning, couldnt get them to wait until hollidays were over, but heck Its a start. It has been over a year and I am happy they held my job, as long as it is not just to fire me afterwards. I pesonaly am feeling good but not even close to what I was before Injuries. I have been doing a few test runs and realize besides all the weight that I have gained, I just dont move like I used too. My left leg mainly hip area hurts and lower back to left hip, But I hoping nothing serious and maybe just the below zero weather causing it with all the hardware still in me. But if it does continue lawyer says go in to your doc and tell them and then tell your boss.

I just pray for the best outcome cause we know wc dont want to keep paying. And to all you's on this forum thanks for lending your ears and of course your heart and keyboards.

Have a Merry Christmas & A Happy Newyear. Bronc

Best of luck Bronco. As the others have said , keep a copy of those restrictions on you at all times and pull them out whenever necessary. Keep in touch and please let us know how you are.

Good Luck and as Jayne be sure to follow your restrictions!
I wish you the best Bronco, hopefully you won't have any problems and your employer doesn't try to have you do things against your restrictions. Pleas keep us updated to how you are doing.
Good Luck on returning to work, as others have said keep our restrictions with you and even if you think you can don't got outside of your restrictions. They will after acouple weeks try to get you to do something that breaks your restrictions so remember to remind them you can't and don't.
Thanks everyone for the kind words and advice. I do see the need to watch what I do to not go out of restrictions. I see my boss only for abot 20 min a day and thats while loading my truck. After that I am on my own for the rest of the day.

I wont go into details but this is what we have to deal with. I am contracted also my wife is too. Different routes, different contracts they hired a sub to replace me, we had family do the the wifes. The delivery truck that we get our stuff from dropped a cart off the back and landed on one of my family members truck and did about $2,000 in damage. Boss says it was our fault and said we should pay for it,

I think they will play dirty and if they get rid of me they will prob get rid of my wife. But time will tell I will have to do things by the book and not give them a chance to get rid of me.

Thanks again Bronco.
Bronco,
You can not control what your employer does. Try to do your best and keep to yourself as much as possible. Don't talk about your case to anyone at work. The first few days are the hardest when you return to work, so hang in there!
