well to day is my deposition with wc lawyer and will see at the end of the day what kind of game they what to play.also they what my lawyer to crunch numbers to see if they can get rid to my,well its not that easy and alot depends on how the rehab rated me.if he rated me totaly disabled then theres alot more at stake like he can get ten years of front wages on top of everything else they owe me,then after ten years if im rated the same then he can get another three years of wages.so its going to be long day he said to plan on 4-6 hours.well i guess will see what happens,if i find out anything i will let you alll know later in the day.

i hope it still happens today the weather has been bad around my neck of the woods the last couple days,and i will let you know.
I had a depo with the wc attorney in 2006.
My attorney said to keep the answers short, and stick to yes/no answers when I could.
The wc comp attorney got sooooo mad at me, I thought he was going to have a stroke, his face got very red when I answered a question.
I told my attorney, "That man has anger issues."
My attorney did say I did well when answering questions.
