ok who like corn casserole???
1 can corn drained
1 can cream corn
1 stick of butter
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
mix all ingredeints together
pour in a greased glass baking dish covered with foil
bake at 375 for 40-50 min
let stand for 15 min before serving
now enjoy.

Hurt are you using cream corn or regular corn? Also use crackers if you don't have the corn meal. Yes I cook.
i use both corns just drain the wet corn and try the corn bread mix once.ur tinker sure wigges alot.LOL,LOL.just joking.

My wife can cook. I joke with her and say " it takes her a hour to make minute rice " but she is a good cook. When I cook, its alway on the grill. Thats one of the things that makes us a good team. If she doesn't want to cook, then I will, REDNECK style. Believe it or not, you can cook a pizza on the grill.

Just don't take it off with your fingers, or it will be the dogs Pizza, LOL...
I pre-cut my Pizza, put it back to shape and cook it, then much easier to remove.
