HI Bad Boy

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and are doing well.

I've been decorating the house for the season, putting the tree up and other fun stuff. Been having to take the stairs a lot as the tree is in the family room on the ground floor, kitchen, great room, bedrooms are upstairs. (No restrictions on use of the stairs.)

And I am paying for the activity with both knees hurting. My left knee isn't moving the way it should, lots of swelling and stabbing pains in the joint.

I've had the hard stabbing pains in the joint for about 2 months and did call the doctor on this but the office is known for not returning phone calls, and mine were not returned.

I'm doing all the tricks I know, now staying off the knee, ice.

Do you have any other suggestions that might help?
I can say, my knee's been bothering me since the change of weather. As I said once before a couple simple doses of Advil 12 hour over the counter meds does help that alot. I know you don't like to take meds, but you will have too.

With all the surgeries I had, I have learned I can tell when it's going to rain or raining with my knee replacement. I never had that with my cervical fusions.

I also found, riding the exercise bike after first heating the knee up for 20 minutes, ride bike for 30 minutes, and ice afterwards, that within a week or so, the knee joint is somewhat stronger.

If the knee's are getting muscle build up, at least 3 times a week, they will weaken. They need constant attention, and most likely for life.
oh my the bad one has returned, look out wc bad boy,bad boy is back.
BBBB, glad to see you back. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Thanks Bad Boy

Can't take alieve or any other similar meds since mobic caused stomach problems.

My biggest problem is when I bend the knee, lots of pain in the joint.

You are right about the weather and the knees, having problems with both knees.
