well i called my lawyer and he is wanting me to come in and talk with him.i have a hearing 12-2 i am wondering if they want to try to work this out.i say this because my exemployer made the ins company go back and pay all my doc bills from the beggining of this year they said i had to pay them because they were are work comp related,but they paid all of them up until then with no problems,sounds fishy.why would my exemployer force the ins to pay them now???are they trying to make them selves look better to a judge or are they thinking it would be cheaper to settle out of court???any thought all.thanks hurt
That's Very Possible Hurt!! My Opinion Only, I would Call Your Attorney and tell them You are Hurting Pretty Badly, and try and get More Info. on why they want You there. I Only Pray that with All You have been Doing, that they don't have Tape on You, and by Paying the Bills and Using the Tape they May to try and Scare You into a Smaller Settlement. That's why I would want More Info. before going in, so You know what to expect when You Arrive! Again, just My Opinion, and I Hope I'm as Wrong as He**, and they just want to Settle!! when I was called in to lawyers office he just wanted me to be prepared for what could happen,know that when I showed up for court they would be watching for a Kodak moment and to go over what my lawyer thought would be a good settlement if they asked.....He wanted to know my bottom line and what I hoped for......these are 2 very different totals,my lawyer got over twice my bottom line so I was happy
Del was called once and I was asked to come also. Un be known to me, I had said something to the secretary that sounded like I had more information that they thought I should have and the lawyer called us both in to ask if we were talking to another attorney...I said no, only if Bad Boy is an attorney and I didn't know it...lol That gave him a puzzled look...sorry had to throw this in...love Red
