I have a birthday boy today, my son Cody is 10 yrs old today!
We are going to his grandparent's house today for pizza
(his favorite food) and cake and ice cream.
Then I am going to take him and his cousin to a movie and they will play in the game room after the movie.
I thought I would show him this thread when we get home from the movies.

Sorry I am late seeing this thread. Hope you had a wonderful birthday Cody and that the pizza and movie was great. What movie did you see????
Thank you everyone for posting on this thread.
Yesterday was a rough day for my son. Cody has autism, he has low verbal skills and his cognitive abilities are delayed. He functions at about a 7 year old level, although he is making good progress and doing some grade level work in school.
He was so excited with it being his birthday that he was way to stimulated to go to the movie, so we will try for for next weekend to see a movie.
He was very tired when we got home from his cousins house yesterday so we will look at the forum after school today.
Gotta light a fire under that boy this morning, he dosen't want to go to school today, wants to stay home and play with his new birthday toys.
