I was taken off work til I get the Mri and workers comp said they will not pay me because my case is in Ligation why I'm broke I see this is a wait game.
I here you, I've been out of work and pay completly for 6 months while waiting to go to court. 10 months since injury. Waiting is the name of the game.

Thanks but I'm getting depressed bills are piling up and my truck have been repossessed I'm losing my mind here I have a controlled date set for 8-13-08 what is that
A controlled date is just a date that has been marked in your individual case to indicate something. It could be the final date that a decision has to be made to either accept or deny your claim. It could be the date your TTD begins or expires. When your claim is filed, your Claims Adjuster has to adhere to very specific deadlines in accordance with Labor Code.

Your post leaves out a lot of time and specifics and its hard to answer without knowing some details, like your State.

P.S. I just saw in another post of yours that you have a hearing on August 13th. The is a "controlled date" set up for your hearing. It's just time set aside. It doesn't mean they won't cancel and reschedule because that happens a lot. Good luck!
