Workers' Compensation Discussion Forums

Hi all- I know that in Va, your back can not be considered PD...but if other parts of your body are damaged, you can request it to be accepted as a PD. I know my lawyer has requested that they accept my leg and foot for this, but then I was wondering if th pelvic and/or the bladder would be body parts that would be considered for this. I will be asking my lawyer, as soon as I can get a hold of her, but I was curious if anyone here might know. Like I said, I am in Va, and my pelvic is twisted permanently and my bladder has to be cathed. for the rest of my life.
