it depends on how much it affects things. Range of motion is it diminished, etc?
Some have I known got about 10% ppd rating to their shoulder only because of diminished range of motion and others have gotten a little less or more. It all has to do with you rating and that is different for everyone because we heal differently.

It depends on your State, your injury, your treatment, future treatment, if surgery was done or not, and the list goes on& on....
