Electric bill my (Jayne's lame attempt to bypass the Bad Word Filter)...some of us can't even afford the light bulbs, LMAO so my answer would be 'NONE'

It would only take ONE IW to change a lightbulb, but because of restrictions, the request had to go thru the Claims Adjuster and a month later, it was denied. The request had to be appealed and sent to Utilization Review. Another 2 months down the road it was denied. After running out of candles and flashlight batteries, IW decides to change lightbulb anyway and does it in two minutes. Problem solved by a smart IW.
Then..... 2 years later when IW's case goes to trial, the Workers Comp Judge is presented with a VIDEO of IW changing her lightbulb. IW is charged with FRAUD, sent to jail, and case dismissed.

oh BTW my answer would be "we don't know as w/c has never given approval for an i/w to do this. they are passing it on up, or down, the line and will be giving an answer in 2098 on whether the 1st i/w to request to do this, who is Noah, yep that Noah can do so!"
