Thanks for the Great Info. Mr. belt! I have been in Litigation for over 2 Years, finally Rested in November, and I have been Paid throughout the Proceedings. There are Many Issues in Play on My Case, Including a UR, Penalty Petitions, AWW and TTD Amounts, Med. Payments, or lack thereof, and the List goes on and on. I'm Hoping I have a Decision by May-June. Thanks Again for Your Time on Here, it's Surely a Great Help!
