I live in VA.
My first two weeks of pay was for 800.00. 400.00 a week. The next check for the next week was for 495.00 for 1week.My question is how come the first check was not 990.00.They say that after 21 days you get paid for the first 7 days. Its been 21days how come I have not got the 7days yet.

This is a nightmare

disability payments are made at a weekly rate. If the amount of the check changes it's likely the payment period was different.

The next check was for 7days 494.00
What's wrong with this picture?

I believe what 1171 is saying is that your pay is based on your payment periods and that maybe you fell into two different payment periods with the last one being higher than the first therefor your pay was higher than the first. I hope I said that right...Red
