Hello,I had had a pre-existing back problem .
well here in okla...you would take 10 % of 500(max ppd pay) weeks or 50 weeks times weekly TTD so if you made 300 dollars TTD weekly times 50 you come up with 15,000 so take it from there......geez I hope my math is right

Born, I'm not Sure if You have an Attorney or not, but You may want to Speak to them about this if You Do. If You Sign a full Compromise and Release, if they are allowed in Your State, You are Signing away Everything, including Future Medical. I Have a Serious Back Injury, (Lower) and I'm in Pa, and Most of them here End in 6 Figure Settlements if Severe enough. Just My Opinion, but I would surely want to Talk to Someone on the Legal End of things before I accepted any Settlement! Best of Luck, and I Hope All goes Well!!Wink
