Thank you everyone for your responses.

I spoke to my family doctor about what the surgeon said today.

My doctor explained it to me as what the surgeon was saying
was; surgery will not fix my back.

In fact the ortho told me to go back to the ansethologist for pain management.

My IME is Wed and I have posted about it previous.

The judge is sending me to the IME to determine if the wc injury accelerated or intensified the DJD in my knee.

Is it going to take fixing my knees before I see an improvement with my back? I think I will ask this question of the doctor Wed.
Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD);

I would like for the Knee people to read this web site below. It's about a person claiming Mal-Practice, but please that's not the issue. The issues is, you will read how Knee People like many here went through the process of what took place in the link. DJD, is an affect of the after mass that took place later after the injury.

From my understanding, one didn't have DJD before and then after maybe a surgery or Injury, they all the sudden are told they have (DJD). Being said, the Doctor needs to be asked why, how, what brought it on (Like possible past Surgery) and so on.
