Hi cardsfan! Please post the State you are in and I'm sure somebody from there will be on to help you! Laws are different in each State. Hope you find the info you need, and Best of Luck!!
:shy:cardsfan, in my opinion, I would think your Insurance Carrier sent you to see one of their Doctor's, called an IME Visit. Which then that Doctor put you at MMI?
You should be seen by your treating Doctor for a full medical Evaluation, and obtain a copy of that report and send it off to your Attorney. Also ask the Doctor to send a copy to the Insurance adjustor, if your Doctor thinks your not at MMI, and what the Doctor feels you still need as far as treatment that should be needed. You should be getting copies of these letters your Attorney gets also. In fact you should always get all your medical records and X-rays and any films like MRI's and such including those writen reports.
Your State is important for us to better help from here.
