I have recently been injured on the job and seen by the workman comp doctor that our company uses. He has placed me on light duty with a 10 lb. lifting restriction. I was informed by Administration that if I was unable to do my 'job description' then they would have to send me home. My question is, do I get compensated for not being able to work, or am I required to use my own sick leave to compensate my loss of work hours.
