Hello to all. I am a former IW who has settled with WC IC after 9 years. I settled with a C&R. Indemnity and a MSA.

Maybe I can of assistance to someone who is going through issues in the WC arena.

I have a lot of knowledge with WC,settlements, MSA etc. but my goal is not to make anyone feel intimidated because as a Human, I can be wrong and there is so much to WC and knowing how to worky the system.

Yes, A IW must have a strategy and a game plan. ALL states are different. Not all states are cut and dry when it come to settling and also the care they receive while in the WC loop. You have to become knowledgeable; The Web is a great resource and forums like this are excellent.

Anyway A big hello from The boot of my state. I am a bonifide coonass who eats alligator, drinks Pabst Blue ribbon and votes as a moderate. Smile
welcome, pull up a chair and stay awhile this is the side of the forum that has fun and likes to yank on Admins tail a bit most of us are Republicans but I bet there are a few closet Democrats they just dont admit to it and they have a good reason not to own up to voting that jackass into office....Most of us are good hearted people that will help you out any way we can....welcome to the forum....I am Jayne and I get into lots of trouble mainly because I love to tweak Admins nose...LOL
Howdy,

Welcome to the forum. Like Jayne said, most of us are Republicans, I'm about as far right as anybody can get. Most of us are also onery as all get out, like a good joke, spin a good yarn, etc.

Pity that we meet under such circumstances. I've unfortunately gotten pretty good at the system in Ks, get a call about once a week from either a former co-worker or someone that has referred them to me.

I am a Moderate. I am a uhm...... registered Democrat BUT have voted Republican since peanut man.

I definitely am not a Obama fan but I also cannot support Newt Gingrich. I like Mitt Romney for various reasons.
I do believe in separation of Church and State. Many pound Romney because he is a Morman and because he is a successful rich businessman. Newt is a proclaimed born again Catholic. I am surprised this has not been a issue with Christians since Catholicism and mainline Protestant Church's do not see eye to eye on major doctrine issue. Anyway....

Mitt Romney is the only Republican candidate IMO that has a slight chance of removing Obama. Newt has way to many enemies and a dismal past morally and spiritually.

One day I might switch to the Independent party. That is more of who I am. I was a Union worker for 20+ years in a right to work state. It worked well for me.

Anyway, I am not a closet type individual. Hope this clears the air about me. I believe in our Democracy and do believe we live in the finest country in the World.

GOD BLESS AMERICA

I am a Christian saved by grace. Some believe you cannot be a Democrat and be a Christian; I 100% disagree.
In America you can be who ever you want to be.Period.

WC system can be overwhelming. Try and become educated of your state statues; No question is wrong but remember no one answer is always correct. Finding a good WC Attorney is very difficult; I know this.

I have settled. I recently received my Indemnity Check and MSA seed money. We negotiated with the IC. In my state, nothing is cut and dry with WC; All states are different.

Educate yourself and be confident. If I could do this, anyone can. Never sell yourself short of what you can do. Believe in yourself. There are some really smart individuals on this website and one other I will not name.

Good Luck

Okay..... A little strange but If this makes you happy great. Have a great day.
You have to ignore Wink. He just thinks you sound like a former member who was banned from here last year. I have to admit, I thought the same thing. The similarities are eerie.

The fact that your IP address shows you live in the same town as he does, and you use the same internet service provider probably would also lend to that suspicion.

But that's just Wink being Wink! Smile
