I have a question about applying for SSDI... My husband settled his workers comp case back in May of this year... We just finished our 3rd party case and received a judgement, they are now appealing so we have decided to no longer put off applying for SSDI as we are going to need the income...

It says that my husband has to list all dr's on the application, does that include any IME's he went to or do they mean just treating dr's? I know that we have to list his workers comp case number so I wasn't sure.

We listed all his TREATING Drs, the WC whores didnt count as real Drs as they didnt do real exams...However if they did real exams with real tests you will need to list them,just not the ones that you went to and they looked at you for 5 min. and sent you home...

Thank you for your help! I needed that laugh but that is exactly how to describe them!! The defense had an expert for our 3rd party case who said there was nothing wrong with my husband and my husband had never even met him!!!

Yeppers thats them they pay them to tell you how great you are and not know you in the day light...WC whores...
