Interesting that you are all about the respect of the President; unless he is a Republican. Your words about Bush were as harsh as Jaynes on Obama.

Always to the Rescue of Jayne. And I totally disagree with that assessment about Bush and Obama. She has trashed Obama. I think George Bush did not do well his last term AT ALL.

I am fine with engaging with admin as long as it is fair. Anytime one see's the word admin it is generally not to engage in a debate.Smile
Popcorn............lol.
it does no good to argue with him its why I wont...he has it in his head hes right and wont change his mind...your not Debating him so its a lost cause...your just banging your head agaist a steel door its why I said I am done its time for all to move on....there is nothing more to be said here
I am not engaged in a debate. You asked for "real answers". I provided some. It is not my fault that you choose to ignore them. And as for rescuing Jayne, my post had nothing to do with her. She can stand and fall on her own.

Have I been unfair? Please provide examples of this. I see you using terms like "tea bagger", "tea farter" and referring to Sarah Palin as a "cluster turd", yet you are offended by negative comments about Obama? I don't see why name calling is allowed for those YOU dislike, but not for others you are more inclined to support. And for the record, I have asked Jayne publicly to dial back her anti-Obama rhetoric. None of this is appropriate for this board.
I also am no more engaged than the next. All this boils down too is Republican views verses Blue Dog Democratic views.

Sarah Palin is not the President of the United States. I do not back the Tea Party but many do but will never admit it.

Jayne probably regrets asking me to bring my political persuasion to this board to help 1171. When I get here and read the bashing quotes and phrases concerning our President, I found it "distasteful" and once again I will not vote for Obama. Moving on.. And 1171 does not need my help.

Okay, Did anyone watch the Republican debate last night? Michele Bachmann decided to announce her run for the Presidency and tried to steal the show with this announcement. I thought it was rather rude to announce her candidacy at that particular setting.

Mitt Romney will win the Republican ticket IMO. Can he beat Obama? The Economy will determine this alone IMO.

We are "distasteful"? How is THIS for distastefulness, bud - when just yesterday the President joked about shovel ready projects in stimulus... http://www.youtube.com/embed/TrKNjTte_To?rel=0 Does he still deserve your respect, son?

Anything our President says is blown out of proportion by Fox News the Republican love haven.

He deserves our respect and prayers because he is currently your/mine/our President.

Would you rather live on foreign soil? Ugh son, I would rather live in the USA with my Alligators and water moccasins. Loving me some back water.

I will definitely have to have a reality check if that happensBig GrinBig Grin. I feel she has a snow balls chance in Hell of ever being elected President.

I Honestly feel that is the furthest thing from her mind. She just bought a 1.7 million dollar home in Arizona... Living the High Life. Her vice president run in 2008 has made her a star and a money making factory. I have no issues with that.

Palin would NEVER expose herself or her family again like she did in the 2008 campaign. I admit she was done wrong big time by the left wing media. Palin should have been more prepared also.

As a Blue Dog Democrat, I currently back Mitt Romney a Moderate Republican. Our 7 digit 401k needs Help.... My wife would like to retire at 55; 3 years away but we need the economy to turn around
There is a good chance you are right. Not sure she is going to run, and personally I like Herman Cain a lot. Romney would also be a significant improvement over the current administration to be sure.

I do think Palin is underestimated by many. I am not a fan of her "golly gee gotcha mama grizzly" persona, but I do believe it cloaks a far more intelligent and capable person than many give her credit for.

Interesting editorial about this in today's Washington Times:
