My lawyer sent me a copy. He demanded it from the IC.

In PA, if there is no litigation the IC often takes the position that they do not have to provide the DME (Defense Medical Exam-it's just not independent) report. You can certainly ask, and if you have a lawyer, the lawyer can attempt to get the report. On the bright side, if the report was helpful to their position, the odds are that they would have already sent you a copy.

The IC sent me the report straight from them, I also received one from my lawyer as well. Timothy was right on the button with if it is in their favor they will be sure to send one to you just to point it out.

I;m pretty sure that the report was not helpful for the insurance company. The day i went to see the ime doctor I was in severe pain and he only seem me for a few minutes and said he was through, I thought it would be an indepth exam It took me an hour to drive there and only seen him for 5 minutes. I was just curious to see what he had to say. Also in pa how often do they do IME exams?
